Hi, I’m Joanna and I am a social worker who loves to write. I have my Masters in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. I live with mental disability and at the same time, have been blessed with a meaningful life. I created this website to share my thoughts with the world and to create a space for you to share yours with mine.
I want to use this website and other linked resources as a place for macro-level social work practice. I want to be able to reach vulnerable people, communities and populations and share hope, resources and advice for the present and future.
I am a Libra sun, Scorpio moon and Aries rising; I love beautiful aesthetics, dark lore and vampires, and finding resilience in myself and others. I like reading and hiking with my husband and dog, Champ. I live in the United States.
